Product: HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've bought a preowned HP Elitebook dragonfly X360 8th gen laptop, but recently I've noticed that my screen autorotation is not working in x360 mode and the keyboard is still active in tab mode.
I have already tried the following but failed
1. Reset BIOS to factory default
2. Install fresh windows and update driver
3. Change the registry value from 0 to 1
Could you please tell me the sensor's name and where that sensor is located? Is it on the system board or display section?
Please tell me the best possible way that can solve this problem.
Thanks in advance.
