Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Base Model Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP EliteDesk 800 G3. And CD drive does not have an eject button. By pressing on the drive, it does not open.

hello,

first of all try this:

(2) On the backside of your elitedesk you will find 1 screw that is holding the cd drive. Unscrew it and take the cd drive out , check the connectors for any damage, reconnect.
