Product: HP EliteBook 1040 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I reset the BIOS to Factory default this was the last activity . Now it keeps restarting while flashing F11 (long) and F8 ( Short) , i tried keeps pressing power button more than 30. Sec but it didn't even powered off
