Why doesn't conform HP Elitebook 1050 g1 and HP Thunderbolt 3 Dock? Do you have some driver for that?

can you explain and detail what you are asking for? The Elitebook 1050 g1 supports Thunderbolt... Which TB dock are you connecting to the laptop? have you tried the Intel Secure Connect utility to allow the dock to be seen by the laptop?
Just fyi, the laptop's high performance processors and gtx 1050 graphics require either the 1502 TB g1 dock (or the 200w), or the 230w TB g2 dock to fully support power delivery
