Product: Hi
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I power my laptop and it turns okay. After I type my password and open my desktop it shuts down. I turn on it again and it only starts from HP Logo only because it shuts down again. it only took 3 seconds to start and failed continue to run. I tried charging my laptop but it won't charge neither. I tried removing my battery while the charging but it also failed to start. The laptop only open on HP Logo then shuts down after 3 seconds. What should I do? Please help me. I am using my laptop for my online school.
