Hello together, 

 

i try to Connect a Elite Book 840G8 together with HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2.

it works all well ass long i be in the OS but while i boot the Laptop at the Screen is no Videooutput so we cant see anything at the external Screen while it boots and its also not Possible to enter a BittlockerKey to unlock the hardrive. The Screen turns on when its at the Welcomescreen of Windows. I tried to update all devices from the Laptop and also the Dockingstation but it not helped. 

Has someone a idea how to fix that issue?
