HP Elitebook 840 G10

We are using Bitlocker PIN. On EliteBook G10 laptops we have the problem that the external keyboard on Thunderbolt Dock G2 is being blocked under the following constellations:

- USB-Device like Webcam is connected to the USB-A side (right) port on TB2 Dock

- USB-Device like Webcam is connected to the USB-A side (right) port on TB2 Dock AND a USB-A Receiver (Jabra or Logitech) is connected to a notebook USB-A port directly

- two USB-A devices (Jabra Link 380, Logitech Unifying Receiver) are connected to a notebook USB-A port directly

- one USB-A device (Jabra Link 380, Logitech Unifying Receiver) connected on the right side USB-A port on TB2 Dock  AND one USB-A devices (Jabra Link 380, Logitech Unifying Receiver)  are connected to a notebook USB-A port directly

This occurs independently if FastBoot enabled or disabled in BIOS.  We have this issue at least on BIOS version 01.02.03.

The version 01.04.00 published on 11th March 24 does not solve this problem, even there is a fix released related to BitlockerPin entry / external keyboard blocked if fastboot is enabled or with the security advisory published on 12th March 24:

https://support.hp.com/ch-de/drivers/swdetails/hp-elitebook-840-14-inch-g10-notebook-pc/2101554975/s... "

- Fixes an issue where the USB keyboard does not function properly on the BitLocker PIN screen when fast boot is enabled."

Is HP aware of such problems and will there be a BIOS Update?
