Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

How to enable the settings "Auto Power On when AC is detected" in bios? Its grayed out and not able to enable. Im using HP Elitebook 840 G10. I am at the latest BIOS already . Tried to restore the BIOS to default. But still the same
