Microsoft Windows 11

Hi members, I have HP Elitebook 840 G5 i7 and it's really giving me headache. Sometimes when I power it on it works perfectly but sometimes when I power it the key board keys lights up then they go off the next thing is a light on caps lock key, not a beeping light. When I try to long press the power button to make it go off it doesn't work. Even if if I disconnect the battery and return the power cable it will still light until many hours where it can go off alone or automatically restart. I have tried running a RAM diagnostic and it doesn't seem faulty same as battery. Tried taking it to a technician but couldn't find the issue with it. It's really draining me and I don't know why the HP support team didn't see this.Is there anyone who has experienced the same issue and how they solved it?
