Sorry, I think we used the term 'power management' as just the type of setting it was.  On my computers, in Device Manager, the actual "drill down" is:

 

Device Manager

-- Network Adapters

----Realtek USB GbE Family Controller (this will vary on different systems)

------Advanced tab

--------Idle Power Savings setting ... disable it
