Very low sound output on HP Elitebook Folio 9470m running Windows 10 Pro Build 19042.1266 (Version 20H2).
Uninstalled drivers and rebooted laptop several times but each reboot yields the same result - the drivers show up again. Can someone help ? Please point me to the right drivers for audio as I cannot find those anywhere on HP website.
In fact, I see this weird message in Sound, video and game controllers (High Definition Audio Device) - Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76E0&SUBSYS_103C18DF&REV_1003\4&9aa5384&0&0001 requires further installation.
And in the Audio inputs and outputs, under Events section of Speakers and Microphone , there is this message - Device SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.0.00000000}.{a9e28eb3-28d3-4bac-83ae-e8b9043ddbaf} was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.
The above two cryptic messages have given me a lot of grief so I would really appreciate some help here. Don't know what to make of these.

Hi:
Unfortunately, there are no W10 audio drivers for your notebook.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 audio driver from a newer model notebook also works on yours.
This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
