Hi,
I have a problem with battery installed in my new device. Based on HP.com spec Dragonfly G3 should come with 68Wh battery. However when i got my device only 45Wh battery was physically installed in my devices. Which result to very poor device performance, device last under 3 hours on battery. Is it faulty marketing communication from HP or factory mistake that they installed incorrect battery to my device

Depending on your option of GPU, your machine can come with
- 4 cell, 45 Whr, polymer, HP Long Life OR
- 6 cell, 68 Whr, polymer, HP Long Life
Does your machine has external graphics or ONLY Internal graphics ?
Regards.

Hi,
I have internal GPU, But based on HP.com also internal Intel Iris X Graphics should come with 68Wh battery.
How it is possible device can last up to 14 hours on 45Wh battery. With my normal work it last under 3 hours. Which is super disappointing. Even my older Spectre device had 63Wh battery and still last around 5 hours.
Is there a way to switch battery for more powerful one?
