HP Envy x360 Running Extremely Slow

Hello, yesterday i bought a Envy x360.

It is running extremely slow. It takes a lot of time to open any app, file or browser. 

It is strange because:
- Only a few apps installed for the moment (office, etc)

- I checked resources and it not seems to do any peek on processor or ram

- I run HP assistant and everything seems ok

Please for your help before return it back to the retailer.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

( run command )

msinfo32

copy / paste the System SKU value

msinfo32
