Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone.  I have been racking my brain trying to understand the issue I'm having with my G2 dock. The device does not show up in my Z Book 15 G5 laptop's device manager, and it will not: display via DP or VGA cable, recognize ethernet, or USB devices plugged into the dock.

The part that confuses me is that my laptop does work with a different G2 dock at my work place.  Additionally, I used my Samsung phone and IPad on this troublesome G2 dock, and both displayed to the monitor with no issue.

When I do plug the laptop into the dock, my first monitor (Samsung) will power on momentarily, before turning back off. My second monitor (AOC) will not power on at all. Additionally, the G2's USB-C cable will deliver power to the device.

Apologies if this is a scattered post, but I wanted to be thorough in describing the issue. Thank you for any and all help.

HP has half a dozen of G2 docks, which one is yours ?  As mentioned on page 5 of the manual, the  following docks are compatible HP ZBook 15 G5 Mobile Workstation:

Support for HP Thunderbolt 4 Dock 120 W
Support for HP ZBook 65/150/200 W Thunderbolt 3 Dock

Regards.

Hi Banhein. The model number is 3tr87aa#aba (the same as my workplace dock that works with this laptop with no issue). The name on the bottom is just listed as "HP TB Dock G2 w Combo Cable" and seems to be a 230 W device.
