Product: G4 120W Dock

Hello,

Like many other users on this forum I cannot get my G4 120W Dock to charge my laptop over USB C.

My laptop is made by Lenovo and happily accepts charge from other USB C sources including 60W chargers and other monitors. 

However when plugged into the dock, all functions work except charging. Monitors, USBs and Ethernet work fine but no power is passed to my laptop.

Others thinking of buying this dock should be aware that it seems to have poor support of the PD standards.

HP Recommended

I should note I have already upgraded the dock's firmware and am hopefull that HP engineers could fix the power issues if enough users complain- this is still a fairly recent dock.
