HP Elitebook 830 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

I'm using HPIA 5.0.3 with a task sequence SCCM and it worked fine until today. The software ran the first time on the laptops but failed to install some drivers. But when we ran the software again I receive this error message:

"HP image Assistant does not support Windows 10 version 1909 for this product."

It's very strange, it's like all models that were supported before like HP elitebook 830 G6, G7 and Elitedesk 800 G4 mini, G5 mini are not listed anymore in the compatible model.

I need help because this tool was very useful to deploy the bios/drivers.

Thank you.

Hang in there.

I've just reported this to the team - Elitebooks are not the only missing Series.

"Something" is wrong.

At the point where HP fixes the issue, HPIA will start working again.

It is likely just an outdated file.

Yes, I know.

This is a perfect example:  The question is Answered and no one is happy.

I tried this morning and it works again.

I suppose there was an error with the HP website or the link.

Thank you
