Product: HP G3 laptops

HELLO! 
I have a project to manually inventory all the returned laptops that we have on our shelves in the computer lab. It would be REALLY Convenient to just get a list of ALL HP G3 Laptops that have been purchased for my company over the years and just compare/update that list? I'm looking at an inventory list over 400 pieces. 
The data I would expect to be available from your perspective : Computer Serial number, Purchase date, Warranty Date, Make/Model, Ram, CPU
I would update with my own additional fields that have to be hand inventoried. 

Please let me know who/how to facilitate this and I do appreciate any support with this request! 
I can get various information from my team to facilitate.
