Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 (538A1AV)

Hi.  I have an HP Envy 17'' Laptop here in the UK I bought earlier in the year but it suddenly seems to have to stopped detecting the G5 Docking Station so does not detect anything connected to it now.  I'm at a loss as to why since my gaming laptop is working perfectly.  The laptop updated on Thursday and I had to adjust the audio settings for a Teams Meeting I had that afternoon.

 

Any advice would be very useful!
