Initially, I was informed that the product was in stock, only to be later told that it was unavailable without any clear timeline for restock. This back-and-forth caused significant frustration and wasted valuable time.

Despite my detailed specification requests and repeated attempts to clarify, I was not provided with precise or helpful alternatives. The conversation ended with a generic suggestion to subscribe to a newsletter for notifications — a response that felt dismissive given the time and effort invested.

Furthermore, I felt the communication lacked transparency and proactive problem-solving. Such experience undermines customer trust and detracts from the premium brand reputation HP strives to maintain.
