Was planning to clone my drive to a larger m.2 and noticed the standard primary partition and the recovery partition, but there is also this random FAT32 partition.

In disk management it's called "EFI system partition". It's about 260 MB. Can't access it but Macrium tells me it's 58 directories, 177 files, 235 FAT records, so something is there.

Any thoughts?

That is normal UEFI is stored on that partition. It wouldn't work without it.
