That stylus is only compatible with the Spectre, HP ENVY and HP Pavilion but not enterprise models like the elitebook you are using however, the stylus you can use must be a passive stylus (capacitive stylus).

In this case you must acquire a pencil that does not have batteries, and that does not work via bluetooth, and you can use your finger on the touch screen of your computer.
