Hi all

 

Has anyone perhaps encountered this type of strange behavior before, where on my Probook 450 G10, the HP Power Manager app does not keep the intelligent charging setting, under the battery management tab, turned on. I can open the app and select intelligent charging but by the time I have opened and closed the app again, it's turned off again. This is quite strange behaviour in my eyes. It never used to do this, as I used to have the small heart on my battery when the intelligent charging was activated. 

 

I've tried reinstalling the software and checking the BIOS but everything appears ok there.

 

Any suggestions please?
