Product: HP Pro Book 430 G4 (Y7Z52EA#ACB)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a laptop hp 430 g4. For him was purchased docking station HP USB-C(1MK33AA). The laptop does not charge from the dock, although the monitor, mouse, keyboard, flash drives. Checked on another dock - also does not work charging. What could be the problem? Drivers, software, where the switch need?

Hi,

The notebook can not be charged through the USB-C port (this is available only on some notebooks). However it can charge devices such as smartphones from this port.
