Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my laptop as usual today when the screen froze. I powered off my laptop by holding the on button for a few second and when I tried to boot it up, the lights on the on button, keyboard and charging port all flashed and the screen looked as if it was going to turn on, then they all turned off. It has continued to loop this and the only way to stop us to hold the power button for 15 seconds, but as soon as I attempt to turn it on again, it resumes. I wanted to try removing battery but it looks too convoluted to do so. Does anyone have any tips on how I might fix this?
