My question is

HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook - Does it support USB Type C Charging?

it does have type c port, but does it support Type C Charging, I am trying to find a Power bank because we have a lot of electricity issues and all power banks have type c port supported charging, not sure mine is supporting or not

2ndly i have a 65w charger, can i use 130 watt charger to speed up charging ?

Chapter 1, page 7 of the service manual indicates the notebook supports charging the battery via the USB-C port.

Maintenance and Service Guide

Chapter 3, page 23 of the service manual indicates HP offered a 65W USB-C charger in the model series.

I don't know if you can use a 130W charger.  Perhaps you can.

can i use a power bank or type c mobile charger to charge my laptop?

i have a remote job and ita difficult to find 3 pin socket, spcecially when you are working from your car

All I can provide is what is in the manual.

The notebook supports charging Via a USB-C port.

I don't know if that includes a USB-C car charging adapter.

It would have to provide at least 65W in my opinion.
