Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP community,

We have issues with HP ProBook 640 G1.
The operating system is Windows 10.
The TPM module is 1.2.

The device was encrypted with Trend Micro Full Disk Encryption.
Now we do a migration from Trend Micro to Bitlocker.

When we remove the Trend Micro FDE and configure Bitlocker to encrypt drives after reboot the drives are not decrypted automatically and we have to use a usb stick with a key to decrypt the drives and start the Windows OS.

I did found this topic:
Can't clear the TPM for a Firmware Update - HP Support Community - 6686728

I didn't understand only  this part:
"You still need to change the registry key for the TPM before you clear it through the BIOS so that the newly generated password is stored in the registry.  Instructions for editing the registry are in the support document with the Firmware Update."
How?

And I dont't know where is this registry and how to edit it?

We tried to do a factory reset of the bios but didn't help.
Do you have any idea how to handle this issue?

Thank you in advance.
Best Regards.
