Hello,

I have HP ProBook 650 G4 and wanted to upgrade my wireless card (Intel AX210 or any other Wi-Fi 6). Is it possible to upgrade?

You're very welcome.

You should be able to upgrade to either one of these two cards:

Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro   HP part # M27269-005

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro    HP part #L35282-005

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure:

HP ProBook 650 G4 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide

Before installing the new card, I recommend that you first go into the device manager and uninstall both the Intel 8265 Wi-Fi adapter and driver and the Intel Bluetooth driver.

You may also have to uninstall the Intel Bluetooth software if it shows up in the Windows control panel>programs menu.

Then you can shut down, unplug the PC and follow the procedures to install the new card.

Windows should install the drivers for the card automatically, or you can download the latest ones from the Intel website.
