My laptop key cap broke while working. I was working in office and was typing. suddenly as I pushed the up-arrow key it cracked from middle. there is no physical damage in laptop. This is definitely a quality issue. When I complained on HP support, they denied providing support calling it a physical damage. My laptop is under warranty.

This is very disappointing. If you look at my keyboard one can easily identify how can someone break this small arrow key by falling or jumping on it. If anything falls on it then adjacent keys or keyboard should get damage or at least get a mark.

HP support, this is really disappointing. Why people will by warranty from HP if they are not giving support.

Hello.

If you feel wronged by HP you can always try contacting your local/national Consumer Protection bureau for assistance.

I personally have never heard of keycaps breaking with just typing and I've been in the business for 30 years, so your laptop would be extremely unique in this regard.

We cannot look at your keyboard before you take a picture first and post it here.
