Product: HP Probook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

My Probook 450 G4 is stuck in the boot loop.  Whenever turning on the laptop it enters into the boot menu without clicking the boot menu option. and It is stuck in a loop. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hello

 

if I were you, I opened the notebook and disconnected the battery, then pressed the power button for 30 second to be sure to discarge everything in the motherboard.

Then connect powersupply and see if notebook starts.
