Hi, after latest windows 11 updates, it seems I have no onboard sound on my laptop,  the sound icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen says "No audio device installed" when I check Device Manager there is no audio drop down and doesnt show any audio devices!  Have tried re installing Realtek Audio High Definition Driver (4.60) R2.83 but this hasnt resolved the issue, still showing no audio device installed and no onboard sound! Any help in resolving gratefully received.
