Problem details:
It is working normally in a moment it is turn off 📴 I tried to turn on but it isn't, I changed the AC, but no working.
Does anyone know what to do?

if you plu in the power supply to the laptop and don't see a charging light, then there is no power being delivered to the laptop... You could try a hard reset by pressing the power button for 15 secs
