Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the last 5 months, my laptop won't turn off. I even sent it to a repair shop and they couldn't solve the issue.

When I click 'shut down', the laptop turns off and then automatically starts up again.

When I sleep the laptop,  it is still running. It stays on until the battery dies out and then it turns off.

Does anyone have any solutions to turn my laptop off and keep it off.

i don't believe Windows 10/32bits is supported on any platform that has a 64-bit processor... i would start there, and update Windows to 64bits.

I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.

Hello,

Thanks for answering.

And I realised I accidenty put 32 bit instead of 64 bit. Only just realised that now.
