Bought the printer from Staples 5/28/25. Problems setting up, finally got it working. Now only get Printer setup error. Talked with three different techs. to no avail except now the blue tooth on my chrome book is not working!

We can do this all day! It does not copy, it does not print with a USB cord. It only uses electric and sends message Printer Setup Error. I am back to using my old printer and buying ink cartidges again.
NOT HAPPY!
HP keeps telling me to do the setup. We have done this at least 10 times, even our daughter who has a 5101 that works says there is a fault with the printer!
