I bought a laptop Omen 15-en0000 and found out that it was broken, but when I contacted the customer service, they said that I was the one who broke it, It's a very bad feeling when you are happy with a product, but when you open the box you discover that it had an accident.
But the thing that pissed me off was my accusation that I was the one who broke the device.
