HP Spectre 360 15-ch0xx Bottom Cover Issue

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Bottom Cover of my HP Spectre x360 convertible 15-ch0xx (2018) has been coming out gradually since immediately after purchase in December 2018 from Best Buy, USA. I used to live in Bangladesh. Initially there was some sound (cot! cot!) during typing, then bottom cover started coming out gradually and now detached almost fully. I am trying to keep it somehow with the main body by adhesive tape. I contacted support through HP Support Assistant but failed to get any support as I was in Bangladesh. At present, I am visiting USA and carrying my Laptop with me hoping to get a solution from HP. But, unfortunately, when trying to contact HP support, I found the message THER ARE NO CONTACT OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THIS DEVICE IN THIS LOCATION. I am even failing to identify the problem! This is so frustrating for me!!  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of such a premium product and wonder whether be able to fix my problem at all.

@mrkarimsw

I reviewed your post and I understand that the bottom casing is coming off from the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Are you in the USA right now?

If yes, then contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message and I will share the contact information.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!

Cheers!
