Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all. I'm trying to install HP Support Assistant but I keep getting the message "A newer version of HP Support Assistant is already installed. Setup will now close.", but it is not installed on my laptop. It does not appear in control panel programs or the app list. How can I fix this?

Thanks

I was able to fix this by running Revo Uninstaller. The app was listed under the built in Windows apps and I could remove it there.
