In my company I have several laptops all EliteBook with Windows 10 version 1909. One of the laptop when I installed HP Support Assistant it installed version 9. All others installed version 8. I'm unable to understand why they don't install the latest version.

May be ONLY one machine has auto upgrade/update turned ON
