I'm trying to install HP Support Solutions Framework from the Drivers Download page, but got an error:

"HP Support Solutions Framework was not installed successfully. An error occurred during installation: -3"

I am sorry to hear that  your encountering an error during the installation of HP Support Solutions Framework, I would request you to please follow the steps:

Uninstall Previous Versions

• Go to Control Panel → Programs and Features.
• Remove any existing HP Support Solutions Framework entries.
• Restart your PC.

Download Fresh Installer

• Get the latest version directly from HP’s support site.
• Save the installer locally (e.g., Desktop) before running.

Run as Administrator

• Right‑click the installer → Run as Administrator.
• This bypasses permission issues that often trigger error -3.

Check Windows Updates

• Ensure your system is fully updated.
• Missing .NET Framework or Visual C++ redistributable can block installation.

Hi Pallipurath,

I can't find HP Support Solutions Framework installed installed on my laptop, and when I'm opening HP Software and Drivers (https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/laptops) today, my laptop is identified automatically without any further download. 
I’m not sure what the difference is between now and a week ago.
