Microsoft Windows 11

We have noted and verified that the "HP System Info HSA Service" now breaks Roaming Profiles. This happens on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 with latest updates. It does not happen on prior versions or apparently Enterprise versions. There is nothing logged in the event log regarding any errors or warnings regarding the profile service. The roaming profile simply doesn't get synched *at all* -  only the root folder of the profile get's "touched". If you delete the whole folder, only the root folder will be created, nothing will be synched inside, it will remain empty. We have verified this on brand new Dragonfly machines and an older X360 or Elitebook 850 machines with latest updates. Windows 10 Pro has no issues nor does Win11  Pro prior to 24H2 as they all worked with roaming profiles before the update. We have an open thread also on MS forums here:

HP should look into this as the only way of restoring functionality to the Roaming Profile synch is disabling the HP System Info HSA service and rebooting the machnie, then everything is back to normal. However doing this renders HPSA not functional and so HP updates will be potentially missed.
