My HP Pavilion is currently plugged into the HP Thunderbolt w/ audio dock but it will not turn on. Currently it's using docks lighting USB C cable to the laptop. Everything except for Audio works. When I try to turn it on, it vibrates. Is there any compatibility issue i'm not aware of. Also want to point out that I have the latest driver for this also. Any help with this is much appreciated.

Already tried it. When I try to click on the On button, it vibrates. For some reason it seems like it's not recognizing the driver. I uninstalled and installed multiple times to make sure.
