Product: HSN-IX01
Hi!
My Thunderbolt 3 dock G2 230W doesnt work at all. When adding a powersupply to the power input the led doesnt light up.
Is there any possibility that firmware can make the product not boot. Is there a firmware recovery mode?

So i'll answer myself since no-one helped 😉
I was running a power supply that was too old. It was 120W.
New model 120W supply worked. The output voltage are listed as 19.5V on both of them, so I don't know the underlying issue. But now it works in any case.
And yes, I have a 230W dock. But don't need that high power output for now.
