Experiencing issues with EliteBook 840 G10 projecting image through Thunderbolt docking station 120W G2. I reset the docking station, updated firmware, updated laptop OS and firmware, removed the USB device through the Device Manager, and it still does not work. All other features of the docking station such as usb ports and NIC are functioning as intended. Attempted to use the laptop on a different docking station with similar results. Any recommendations on what steps I can follow to correct this issue besides replacing the laptop and potentially the docking station?

Found a solution, disconnect everything (hard reset) from the docking station including power, hold power for one minute, reconnect everything including the laptop. This resets the docking station.
