Dear [HP Support Team / Customer Support],
I am reaching out to request an RMA for the Audio module on my HP Thunderbolt G2 Dock, which appears to be malfunctioning.
Product Details:

Issue Description:
The Audio module has been working but I recently started experiencing “no audio output issue" I also noticed an unresponsive haptic touch Controls & , essentially dead LED feature”I have attempted troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, checking connections, restarting the device, but the issue persists.
Could you please guide me through the next steps to obtain an RMA for a replacement or repair of this component?
