Product: HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B855AV)

How can I fix this issue where the error shows:

HP U71 System Firmware - This device cannot work properly until you restart your computer.
 
I have checked and downloaded the Firmware & Drivers using HP Image Assistant, but the issue is still persisting like the above.
