HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2 with HP 470 G8 ( No Power from Dock)

Good day to all,

We have Order a HP 470 G8 with a HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G8.
We have everything working accepted power from the docking to the laptop to charge the Battery 

the laptop has the following usb ( USB 3.2 (Gen1, 5Gb/s) type-c )

Must be some reasons HP puts 470 * on a different line

The specs of your machine is

(2) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A 5 Gbps signaling rate

(1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C 5 Gbps signaling rate

note:

SuperSpeed USB 20 Gbps is not available.

(1) HDMI 1.4 (cable sold separately)

(1) Headphone/microphone combo jack

(1) AC power port

The specs of its USB-C port is not clear, this port may not support Power Delivery. Can you connect external monitor to the dock ?

Goodmorning,

we have 2 external screens connecting to it(dvi)

third screen on hdmi is not working

but mouse and keyboard are working also

So only power is not working and off course thats key for us
