Product: Elitebook x360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently purchased a HP USB-C Dock to declutter my work space. I am connecting this my to 13" HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2. The only thing plugged into the dock is a single HDMI.
When I plug the USB-C from the dock to my computer everything works, I have power, the monitor connects, etc. However as soon as I drag a screen over to the monitor the drive disconnects. The dock will then reset and reconnect and the cycle will then repeat if I present any load on the monitor.
The dock is showing as an HP USB-C (F:) Drive. I have ensure both the computer is fully up to date as will as the dock. I don't know what else to do at the moment.
