Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using two external displays - one DisplayPort, one HDMI - with my HP USB-C Dock G4 and HP EliteBook 830 G for years.  All of a sudden the displays cannot be detected.

All other dock functions are working (LAN, USB).

I've tested the displays and cables without the dock and all of the hardware is working properly.

I've tried searching this topic on the forums and can't find a solution.  Please help!

Hello,

I have been suffering a similar problem, albeit with a different dock.

You may wish to try this https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997208-1551050-16

This is not the same as shutdown/restart.  Please let us know if it works.
