Having a problem with a couple of HP USB-C Dock G5 docking stations connected to 2 external monitors using the disiplay port to HDMI connection on the monitor.  Same issue happens on those 2 docking stations with multiple laptops, both HP and non-HP monitors, so doesn't appear to be directly related to the laptop or monitor.  You can be working fine, but then occasionally one or both of the monitors will go black briefly for a couple seconds, then come back on.  Once this starts then the frequency increases such that basically it renders the external monitors useless.  Tried 3 different variations of monitor cords as well.

This does NOT impact the power being supplied to the laptop, network connection derived from it, nor any of the other USB related peripherals attached.  Docking station firmware is current, laptop is fully patched.  When this first started occurring updating the docking station firmware seemed to address the issue, but this was short-lived and then started happening again.

Any thoughts?
