Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
  • The dock is no longer registering with the laptop. It is not showing as charging when the USB-C is connected and isn’t connecting with the two monitors. It used to work perfectly. I have powered off the laptop and dock, unplugged all power sources and tried again. No avail. The laptop is using windows 11 and is up to date. The laptop is a HP ProBook 445 14 inch G9 Notebook PC. I have another one of these laptops and tried with both. Same result - dock not registering. Any advice appreciated.
