Product: HP USB-C Dock G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded the driver and updated the firmware but my HP Dock 5 will not connect to my HP 17 business laptop. I am connected to the internet through the dock and the keyboard works, but the monitors, mouse and webcam will not connect.

What is your HP 17 business laptop ? Is it compatible with the HP USB-C G5 dock ?
